What is Chemistry?

Chemistry is the study of atoms and their interactions. Atoms are the smallest divisible physical entities – at least before we discovered quarks – and their interactions are of fundamental importance to understanding the physical world. Despite VCE Chemistry being the hardest of the VCE sciences, it is the best rewarded. Typically, you can expect a 4-5 scaling on average, which can give you a huge boost in ATAR.
